I created this easy chicken cheese enchilada soup a few years back. It has become a family favorite.
2 cans Progresso Chicken Cheese Enchilada soup
1 can rotel
dice cooked chicken
I like to add all the ingredients into a crockpot and simmer for a couple hours. Top with cheese and sour cream. Great to serve with grilled cheese sandwiches.
